Teal? Whimsical? Animals… and a few mushrooms? So the theme may have gotten away from me, but this nursery has been such a joy to decorate. My only rules for myself were to keep it colorful, keep it fun, and keep it on budget. That’s why for the past several weeks, we’ve been DIY-ing like crazy! From a floor lamp to a giant pegboard shelf- I was determined to get the look for less. I even painted fabric and sewed a pillow cover! Tyler doesn’t question my evening crafting activities anymore- it has become a way of life.
Now let’s get back to one of my goals- I wanted this nursery to be fun! And you can’t walk into colorful, quirky room without a smile- mission accomplished!
